Sonya has spent the past 20 years serving clients as a make up artist & skin care specialist, helping clients improve their appearance. She now helps clients improve their appearance and well being, as a NASM certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. She is also a Level 1 Running Coach with the Road Runners Club of America. “I have been an avid runner & fitness enthusiast for over twenty years. In fact, if you live or work in Ballantyne, you have probably seen me on my morning runs! After helping several friends with their fitness goals, I realized my passion for coaching & decided to make this passion my career. I look forward to working with anyone needing my assistance.”
Paul has an Exercise Science background through St. Andrews University and Appalachian State University. He has been involved in local area youth sports for many years, particularly with soccer & basketball. He is a USA Track & Field coach, as well as a NASM certified Personal Trainer. “I have a passion for running & cycling, and well as track & field. I enjoy working with anyone who wants to improve their performance, whether sport specific or fitness related. My background is with young athletes, but I can assist anyone looking to reach the next level.”
