Running Sessions

We provide daily sessions, where all levels are welcome. If you’re a beginner, then we provide progressive sessions to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body and adapt before advancing. No session is cookie cutter, as we believe in a varied training approach to avoid hitting plateaus & staleness.

Assessments

Posture and movement will be evaluated to determine weaknesses or areas of improvement.  Cardiovascular assessment will be performed if needed to determine fitness level.  Body measurements will be taken to establish initial markers and establish personal goals. Complimentary with purchase of a run training package.

Run Training

Run sessions consist of 1 hour of customized personal instruction, with specific programs created for the client.  These sessions will include stability/mobility, strength, & cardiovascular training in relation to the client’s goals.  Also, nutrition will be reviewed & suggestions will be offered. Performance tracking will be monitored throughout for progress reports and adjustments.

  • Locations will vary within the south Charlotte area.

Small Group: Groups of 3-4 are assigned based on goals, fitness level, & availability. Perfect for friends & teammates! $30 per hour

1 on 1: Personal run training with customized training plans, nutrition advice & total focus on goals. $60 per hour

Group Run & Conditioning: Groups (up to 25) will focus on flexibility/mobility/strength/core along with group run. $10 per hour

Virtual Consultations

 30 minute virtual consults will be performed either Skype or Zoom.  These calls will consist of a review of previous workouts, sharing of new workouts, goal setting, & nutritional advice.  These are intended as weekly sessions for clients preferring a virtual option.

10 Week Program: Designed for runners who intend to run 5k. Beginning or experienced runners are welcome to participate. $110

15 Week Program: Designed for runners who intend to run half marathon (13.2 miles). Activity tracking device is strongly encouraged. $150

25 Week Program: Designed for runners who intend to run a full marathon (26.2 miles). Activity tracking device is required. $225
